Refosco semi-sweet red wine – 25 litres

The palate is soft and semi-sweet, with good structure and excellent balance. Full-flavoured and harmonious, it rests on a fresh acidic base that rewards unhurried tasting.

Serve it with red meat, boards of charcuterie and mature cheese, including accompaniments such as sauces or sweet chutneys. It also suits Veneto and Friuli meat dishes such as cotechino or roast pork knuckle.

The clean, vinous floral-fruit aroma opens with violet, followed by raspberry, wild blackberry and plum.

The wine is an intense, crystalline ruby red with very good consistency. It is supplied in a 25-litre returnable metal keg for professional draught service.
