Refosco semi-sweet red wine 12.5% – 1 litre

The palate is soft and semi-sweet, with good structure and balance. A fresh acidic base supports a full flavour that opens gradually in the glass.

Refosco pairs well with red-meat dishes, charcuterie boards and mature cheeses served with sauces or sweet chutneys. It also suits Veneto and Friuli meat dishes such as cotechino or roast pork knuckle.

The clean, vinous bouquet begins with floral violet before developing raspberry, wild-blackberry and plum notes.

The colour is an intense, clear ruby red. The wine is supplied in a 1-litre glass bottle.
