The palate is persistent and rich, with a harmonious, semi-dry fruit character, good structure and a soft texture.

It pairs with white and red meat prepared in many ways, including roast beef, boiled meat, roasts, poultry and braised rabbit. It also suits mushroom dishes and medium-mature cheeses.

The aroma is intense, pleasant and balanced, combining blackberry, raspberry and redcurrant with delicate berry and spice notes.

The colour is ruby red with violet highlights. The wine is supplied in a 25-litre returnable metal keg for professional draught service.
