Merlot dry red wine 10.5% from Italy – 25 litres

The wine is lively, fresh and light. It has good structure and a full, rich, harmonious and persistent palate with a dry finish.

Serve it with first courses in meat sauces, roast white or red meat, rabbit, poultry and medium-mature cheeses.

The aroma is floral, with red-fruit notes and a gentle spice accent.

The colour is a fairly clear, pale ruby red with violet highlights, characteristic of a young wine in its first stage of maturation. It is supplied in a 25-litre returnable metal keg.
