Manzoni semi-dry red wine 11.5% from Italy – 1 litre

Manzoni is a semi-dry red wine that combines Italian tradition with a modern character. It is made from the distinctive Incrocio Manzoni Rosso grape, a crossing of Raboso and Glera, which gives the wine balance and personality.

It has a bright ruby colour. Ripe cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant lead the aroma, complemented by light herb and spice accents. The palate is semi-dry, fresh and fruity, with soft tannins and pleasantly balanced acidity, giving a light yet expressive wine.

At 11.5% alcohol, Manzoni Rosso works for everyday meals as well as special occasions. Pair it with tomato-based pasta, pizza, matured cured meats and a selection of cheeses.

Serve at 14–16°C to reveal its full range of flavours and aromas.
