The palate is full, soft and rounded, with an intense, lasting flavour. It is satisfying and harmonious, with tannins, good structure and a discreet body. This is a young, still wine.

It pairs with roast or grilled meat and first courses served with meat sauces. It also suits medium-mature and blue cheese.

The delicate floral bouquet carries notes of red fruit, especially cherries and raspberries.

The colour is a fairly deep, clear ruby red with varied violet highlights ranging from garnet to deep blue. Corvo is supplied in a 25-litre returnable metal keg for professional draught service.
