Cabernet Friuli dry red wine 12.5% from Italy – 1 litre

Cabernet Friuli is an elegant dry red from Friuli Venezia Giulia in north-eastern Italy, a region known for fresh wines with a distinct character.

The wine is ruby with violet highlights. Blackcurrant, ripe cherry and plum meet green pepper, capsicum and herbs typical of Cabernet; the palate is dry and full, with a defined structure, gentle tannins and a long finish.

At 12.5% alcohol, it is fuller and more expressive than a light table red. Pair it with roast or grilled meat, pasta in meat sauces, mushroom risotto and mature cheeses.

Serve at 16–18°C to reveal its fruit, herbs and spice. The 1-litre glass bottle is practical for family meals and gatherings.
