Sweet cherry fruit wine 11% – 20 litres

This cherry wine combines the natural sweetness and aroma of ripe cherries with the full flavour of grape wine. Macerating the fruit in the wine gives it depth and elegance.

Sweet and 11% alcohol, it pairs well with desserts, chocolate cakes and blue cheese, and also works as a sweet aperitif.

The 20-litre one-way plastic keg is a convenient format for restaurants, bars and hotels, providing fresh wine that is easy to serve on draught.

Ingredients: grape wine, cherries, sugar and wine yeast. Serve chilled at 10–12°C.
