Sweet apricot fruit wine 12% – 20 litres

This aromatic apricot wine is made by macerating ripe apricots in grape wine. The process gives it pronounced sweetness, an intense fruit bouquet and a velvety texture.

Sweet and 12% alcohol, it pairs well with desserts, blue cheese and ice cream, and also works as a sweet aperitif.

The 20-litre one-way plastic keg is a practical format for restaurants, bars and hotels, providing fresh wine that is convenient to serve on draught.

Ingredients: grape wine, apricots, sugar and wine yeast. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
