Rose petal semi-sweet floral wine 12% – 20 litres

This rose-petal wine is made by macerating rose petals in grape wine. The process gives it a distinctive floral aroma and subtle sweetness that combines with the full flavour of the grape wine.

Semi-sweet and 12% alcohol, it is light and elegant. It works well as an aperitif and also accompanies desserts, cheese and light Mediterranean dishes.

Ingredients: grape wine, rose petals, sugar and wine yeast. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
