The palate is full, rounded and gently aromatic, yet balanced, soft, fresh and pleasantly fruity. Its unobtrusive alcohol structure makes it easy to enjoy, with more body and less astringency than a white wine.

Rosé is versatile at the table. Serve it as an aperitif or with fish and shellfish dishes from starters and soups to main courses, as well as white meat and briefly matured cheeses.

The wine is fresh and aromatic, with floral notes and aromas of red fruit.
