Rosati Raboso Rosabello semi-sweet rosé wine 10.5% – 25 litres

The palate is semi-sweet, fluid and fresh, with a good balance between freshness and flavour. Medium-bodied and moderate in alcohol, it has a soft structure, a light touch of tannin and good acidity.

Serve it as an aperitif or with fish- and vegetable-based starters. It also suits summer Italian dishes such as caprese, prosciutto with melon, rice salad and carpaccio, as well as cooked or raw sea and freshwater fish, highly seasoned oriental food and sushi.

The aroma is delicate and light, with an elegant floral and fruit character.

The colour is a very delicate pale pink. The wine is supplied in a 25-litre returnable metal keg for professional draught service.
