This fruit-led wine has a distinct character. The palate is complex and balances acidity, residual sweetness and alcohol; it is fruity, mineral, fresh, dry and gently tart, and is best enjoyed young.

It can accompany an entire meal, including delicate starters, boiled or grilled fish, white meat, herb soups and risotto, steamed meat, soft cheese and goat's cheese.

The intense fruit aroma is marked by peach and apricot. The wine is fresh and dry, with a lightly bitter accent.

The colour is straw yellow with green highlights developing towards pale yellow. It is supplied in a 25-litre returnable metal keg for professional draught service.
