The palate is satisfying and full-bodied, with refreshing flavour, balanced acidity and a persistent finish. This soft, rounded white wine has good structure and a pleasantly substantial texture.

It complements fish dishes from starters and first courses to grilled, baked, slow-cooked or steamed fish. It also pairs well with white meat and light starters.

The aroma is fairly intense, fruity and floral, with a characteristic note of Golden Delicious apple.

The wine is glossy straw yellow, with highlights ranging from pale green to gold. It is supplied in a 25-litre returnable metal keg for professional draught service.
