Dry gooseberry fruit wine 12% – 5 litres
This gooseberry wine is made by macerating fresh gooseberries in grape wine. The method gives it harmonious acidity, a delicate aroma and a refreshing character.
With 12% alcohol, it suits summer gatherings and elegant dinners and can be served as an aperitif. It pairs well with cheese, light desserts and fruit salads.
Ingredients: grape wine, gooseberries, sugar and wine yeast.
Serve chilled at 8–12°C. The wine is supplied in a 5-litre PET container.
