Semi-sweet white Corvo is an Italian wine with 10.5% alcohol. It has a golden-yellow colour and a fresh, rich and persistent aroma.
Apple and pear fruit notes are joined by a delicate almond accent. The palate is pleasantly sweet, complex and velvety, lightly tannic and distinctly individual.
It pairs particularly well with pastries, including dry biscuits and cream-filled cakes, as well as fried desserts. Serve at about 10°C.
