Corvo dry white wine 11.5% from Italy – 1 litre

Corvo Bianco is a recognised Sicilian wine with a history dating back to the nineteenth century. Made from Inzolia and Grecanico grapes, it combines freshness, fruit and minerality.

It is pale straw with greenish highlights. Citrus, green apple, pear and white flowers meet almond and Mediterranean herbs; the palate is dry, light and fresh, with pleasant acidity and a subtle, crisp finish.

At 11.5% alcohol, Corvo Bianco is approachable and versatile. It pairs well with fish, seafood, light salads, grilled vegetables and fresh white cheeses.

Serve at 8–10°C to show its freshness and elegance. The wine is supplied in a practical 1-litre glass bottle.
