Chardonnay semi-dry white wine 11.5% – 25 litres

The palate is full, structured, deep and balanced, with excellent body. It is harmonious, fresh, fruit-led, elegant and rounded.

Serve it as an aperitif or throughout a meal with lean white meat, fish, molluscs and shellfish, including raw seafood or dishes dressed with extra-virgin olive oil.

The elegant, harmonious and intense aroma is based on ripe fruit, with floral notes plus bread crust and bitter almond.

The colour is pale straw yellow. The wine is supplied in a 25-litre returnable metal keg for professional draught service.
