The wine is full-bodied, warm and dry on the palate, yet light and fruity with many nuances. It is harmonious and fresh, with a long, persistent finish.

It pairs with San Daniele ham served with melon or figs, as well as starters, vegetable-based first courses, fish and white meat. It can accompany an entire meal.

Fruit and floral notes are led by ripe apple and fig leaf. Balanced freshness gives a soft impression, with tannins barely perceptible.
