Bzowe is made by macerating elderflowers in grape wine. Delicate floral notes combine with the fullness of the wine to create a harmonious and refreshing drink.

Semi-sweet and 11% alcohol, it works well as an elegant aperitif, with desserts and at summer parties.

Ingredients: grape wine, elderflower, sugar and wine yeast. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
