Complaints and Returns

At our store, we make every effort to ensure that the delivered products meet your expectations. However, should any issues arise, please find the detailed information regarding our complaints and returns procedure below.

1. Complaints Regarding Shipping Damage

If a shipment is damaged during transport, please check its condition immediately in the presence of the courier. If damage is found, a damage report (protokół szkody) must be drawn up and signed by both the courier and the recipient. This report is an essential document for processing claims regarding mechanical damage sustained during transport.

Please also contact us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

2. Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us by phone, email, or by using our dedicated form:

The returned goods must be in intact condition, in their original packaging, and sent to the following address: SKLEP, ul. Testowa 1, 11-111 Testowe Miasto. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer. A refund of the purchase cost will be issued within 14 days of the date the returned goods are delivered to us.

3. Terms of Complaint (Warranty)

If a product proves to be defective or inconsistent with the agreement, you have the right to file a complaint. To have your claim reviewed, please send the goods to: SKLEP, ul. Testowa 1, 11-111 Testowe Miasto, including:

  • A description of the reason for the complaint.

  • A copy of the proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).

  • A warranty card (if applicable).

In the case of a justified complaint, you may request a replacement for a new product. The Seller will respond to the submitted complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
